Kyiv Plant

Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine operates one plant since 1999 and is located near the village of Velyka Dymerka, at the Brovary region in Kyiv.

The Kyiv plant is responsible for the production and distribution of Coca-Cola, Coca-Cola light, Fanta, Sprite, fruit juices and nectars Rich and Dobry, BotaniQ, various flavours of Nestea iced tea product, energy drinks such as Burn and Gladiator, and waters such as Bonaqua and Zalissya.

Bottling lines

  • Five РЕТ lines for carbonated beverages producing 0.5, 1.2 and 2.5 liter bottles;
  • One canning line producing 0.237, 0.25, 0.33 and 0.5 liter can;
  • One glass bottling line;
  • Four lines for bottling “Rich”, “Dobriy” and “Botaniq” juices
  • One Postmix line for syrups for the quick serve restaurants
  • One Aseptic PET line for bottling 0.5 and 1.5 liter beverages for “Nestea”.

Water sources

The plant sources water from the Senoman and Jurassic wells to produce our Bonaqua water brand. We have taken strict measures to protect the sources in order to assure the high quality of our water products. The depth of the wells, 220 and 390 meter respectively, ensures the absence of any negative human impact and at surface level solid building have been constructed to offer protection. The surrounding area is protected by a fence and monitored through constant video surveillance.

Plant history and recognition

In summer of 1998 the newly built plant opened and started its operation. At that moment the Company owned one of the largest, most powerful and modern factories among the soft drink industryin Europe producing also carbon dioxide for its sparkling beverages. The plant was qualified by the certification authorities of Government Standards in Ukraine.

In 1999 the canning line started its operation. The “International Food Engineering” magazine named it as “The International Plant of the Year” being recognized as the most prestigious and modern plant of Coca-Cola in Ukraine and Europe.

The bottling operation in the region is a major purchaser of sugar, bottles, labels, marketing materials and services. At the same time, we play an active role in the local communities with our support and local initiatives.
