Coca-Cola has signed Ukrainian Pact for Youth 2020

Kyiv, March 18, 2016 — Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine together with representatives of Ukrainian and international companies have signed Ukrainian Pact for Youth 2020. The Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility with support from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine became initiators of the document formation.

Ukrainian Pact for Youth 2020 — is a continuation of a Pan-European initiative. Ukraine became the second European country that localized the pact. By signing the document, the top managers of companies were obliged to assist in forming at least 100 partnerships between business and the education sector and to provide with 10 000 places for probation and the first job for youth till 2020.

During ceremonial document signing Andriy Bublyk, Governmental Relations and Communication Manager of Coca-Cola Beverages Ukraine and Moldova, said: «Youth development — one of the strategic priorities of our company. We consider this document signing as a chance to attract attention of society and business community to the problem of socially unprotected youth development, that most requires support».

We should also add that the youth development program has been operated in the kids center «Emerald City» supported by our company where the graduates intensive prepare for SET-2016 via online education project iLearn and also take part in the program «First profession». For this year we target to engage the four more orphanages of the country to the graduates educational project.
